The ceremony will take place outside in the meadow near the main parking lot when you first pull into Jack Pines Resort; the reception will take place at the event venue.

Yes, we are making the ceremony and reception as accommodating as possible. There will be handicap parking near the venue; all other parking is in the main parking lot or the other designated parking areas. The event venue building also has a ramp. We will provide a shuttle bus and wagon rides from the ceremony to the event venue (a short walk up the hill). Transportation to the event venue is available for all guests to use.

Yes! - We will have Blue Line Shuttle offering complimentary shuttle rides to and from the AmericInn Hotel and Heartland Inn Hotel, both in Park Rapids. There is limited parking at Jack Pines so we will also will have overflow parking in the Straight Up North Storage parking lot in Osage (54980 MN-24), where the shuttle will also do pick up's/drop off's. - The shuttles will provide return rides starting at 9 pm, or as requested. (Times for Pick Ups/Drops Off are listed under the "Lodging/Transportation" tab!

Our two proteins will be Smoked Turkey and Smoked Pulled Pork, which both are used with a gluten free dry rub and hickory-wood smoked. We will also offer Smoked Mac n Cheese, Deviled Egg Potato Salad, Coleslaw and Cowboy Beans.

No, there is not an ATM located at Jack Pines. There is, however, an ATM at Byer's Market, Byer's Liquor Store, and Osage Bait & Tackle - all 3 located one mile east of Jack Pines on Highway 34 in Osage.
